Technological intelligence, design, 3D models, prototyping, first production samples, small to very large series (10-10,000 units). HUMElab Factory is there to support and handle the production aspects of even your most ambitious projects.
Materials
HUMElab Factory has years of experience in working with metals (steel, aluminium, stainless steel 304L and 316L), wood and Corian.
Integration and Components
Thanks to the extensive range of projects completed in recent years, we have perfected our ability to select and integrate key components, such as payment terminals, thermal printers, scanners, NFC and cameras.
Finish and Customisation
HUMElab Factory uses a wide range of finishes and customisable elements to ensure each product matches the customer’s own graphic identity as best possible. Powder coating for indoor and outdoor use to Qualicoat standards, brushed or mirror finish, backlit logo cut-out, application of all types of adhesive, etc.
Production
HUMElab uses a workshop at its head office in Dreux (80km from Paris) and a 4600-m² assembly and storage site.
Quality and Safety
Every item of furniture produced by our factory comes with its own serial number linking it to a Production Order, which lists every component used, offering optimum traceability. Our products undergo systematic quality control and stress testing for 24-72 hours before packaging.
Packaging
Custom packaging is used for every product to ensure guaranteed protection during transport (fly cases, wooden crates, wrap-around crates). Our packaging materials are also designed for export.
HUMElab is proud to manufacture its products in France. All products are built in Dreux, near Paris, and we use a network of local contractors. We ensure optimum supply chain management to provide customers with quality “Made in France” products.
