RESTAURANTS
Disruptive children no longer mean a disrupted meal! At least, not for our catering customers, thanks to the CLEA touch table and game pack specially designed to accommodate 2-6 players. We believe this is the perfect solution and have already installed around a hundred children’s touch tables in kids’ corners around the world. CLEA also promotes diner loyalty because the children demand to come back!
In 2015, a well-known fast food chain began installing our touch tables in its children’s areas. It opted for the CLEA and SAMANTA models.
CLEA touch tables have been available at the famous French restaurant and grill chain Poivre Rouge since 2017.
HOSPITALITY
The hospitality sector has been a visionary pioneer in the use of touch tables for the leisure industry. In 2014, the ACCOR Group decided to put its faith in us, betting on two factors: that if children spent more time playing, their parents would drink more at the bar (increase in sales), and that when it came to deciding whether to return to the same hotel, children would be asked their opinion.
The CLEA table has now been available in the children's areas of hotels operating under the Novotel, Suite Novotel, Ibis Styles and Adagio brands of the ACCOR Group since 2015 (over 300 tables across 5 continents).
In 2016, several hotels at a well-known theme park chose our CLEA and TABATA tables, with their associated game packs, as a way to entertain their young guests, as did the Hyatt Group.
CAR SHOWROOMS
In a sensitive environment such as car and vehicle showrooms and dealerships, children can be a source of stress and distraction for parents. The HUMElab touch tables and game packs are perfect in this scenario, catching the attention of the younger visitors and leaving their parents to focus on the sales pitch in peace.
The TABATA and SAMANTA tables and the TOMA podium are often installed with configurator apps to help clients select vehicle features or search for second-hand cars.
OPTICIANS
Finding a way for kids to channel their energy in shops selling fragile goods such as opticians can be a challenge. Holding their attention for long enough for parents to focus on the purchasing task at hand is also a problem. Several professional outlets (such as Générale d'Optique, GrandOptical, Optic 2000, Lissac, Krys and Atol) have found a solution in the CLEA and TABATA tables and game packs, customised in their brand colours.
These retailers have identified two major benefits: A window of 70-80 minutes when they can discuss products in peace without fear of interruption and potentially losing the sale...
...and the likelihood of children spontaneously coming back into the shop to have another play, thus creating further sales opportunities with the parents (client loyalty and increase in sales).
PHARMACIES
Several pharmacies and pharmacy groups have also installed our touch tables and multi-player game packs. The aim is to occupy children during often long waiting times, which can be gruelling for parents if their children are restless and usually ends with them giving up and a potential loss of sales.
Several of our customers say children spontaneously come back into their shops wanting to play at the table again, and parents, not wanting to create a scene, will often make a repeat purchase (increase in sales, customer loyalty).
SURGERIES AND CLINICS
Waiting times at the doctor, dentist or any other clinic can be long. Many practitioners have now installed our tables to distract restless children in the waiting room and relieve their parents.
Several of our CLEA tables have also been installed in America, especially in children’s hospitals as part of a massive charity drive. Playing games can help even severely ill children to forget about their aches and pains for a while... Thanks to our American partner After-Mouse, developer and publisher of the games packs for our tables, we have together installed several hundred tables at surgeries, clinics and hospitals across the USA.
